Development Infrastructure and Bonding
The city must spend roughly $12-13 million of remaining 2024 bond money by December 4 or hand earned interest to the federal government. The proposed list covers police headquarters, Buckner Lane, a fire truck, and construction equipment.
June Lake development agreements (Signature Homes)
Two infrastructure agreements would let Signature Homes start required road and utility work for June Lake Windfall Phase 1 and finish POD E Section 3, including final platting of 75 lots. These set the terms for how the major June Lake growth area gets built out.
